inauguration subsidiary China

Chambéry, France – October 19, 2023 – Optimistik, publisher of Operational Intelligence solutions for the process industry, announces the opening of its subsidiary in China. This event is part of the company’s international development strategy and its commitment to addressing the challenges of industrial organizations through digitalization.

On October 18th, about fifty guests attended the opening ceremony of Optimistik’s new offices in Shanghai, including partners, industrial customers, and local authorities representatives as Joan Valadou, Consul general of France in Shanghai, and Ms. Na Zhao, Senior Manager of Party Committee Public Relations.

This subsidiary provides a local presence to better serve Optimistik’s clients and partners in China and to develop the company’s business in the Chinese market. The Optimistik China team will work closely with the French teams to ensure the highest level of service and support for its clients.

For Mathieu Cura, president and co-founder of Optimistik:

“Due to its dynamism and size, the Chinese market for the process industry is an essential market for Optimistik. Today, the Chinese industry is facing numerous challenges and digitalization is one of the keys to addressing them. The first exchanges we had with Chinese industrialists show that they recognize the importance of having a data-driven organization and their interest in solutions like ours.

We were all eagerly awaiting this event. For Jean-François Hénon (CEO and co-founder of Optimistik) and myself, this is an opportunity to reconnect with China where we both had the chance to live for several years during our careers.”
