Can you introduce yourself in a few lines?

In 2008, I obtained a BTS in business communication at ESUP Rennes, which allowed me to acquire a variety of knowledge in the fields of communication (computer graphics, web, project management, events...). Originally from Normandy, Savoy definitively adopted me in 2009 after a gap year during which I devoted myself exclusively to civil security missions: I was a volunteer firefighter. I then integrated an information-communication degree course in L2 at IMUS Annecy.

How long have you been with Optimistik?

I started working for Optimistik over a year and a half ago now, I arrived in August 2019. The company created a position primarily dedicated to administrative management but also to support on communication issues, in order to respond to the growing development of Optimistik's activity and reputation.

Why did you choose Optimistik?

I joined Optimistik out of an attraction for innovative technologies, for shared values, and for all the challenges that an accelerating company represents. After a fairly unusual career, including a stint in the hospital public service, I wanted to join the private sector and reconnect with the field of communication. I did not know the world of industry, but I quickly immersed myself in it and was surprised to discover all the riches of this sector.

What are your missions within the team?

They are very varied, my position has been able to evolve since my integration. I am in charge of digital communication (animation of social networks, updating the website, updating the website, content creation, news...), I am the entry point for external service providers for the production of communication materials or for event projects (graphic designer, director, web marketing agency...) and recently I have also been in contact with the press (monitoring, press releases...). Internally, it is a question of bringing the communication plan to employees, informing them about company news and organizing events to promote team cohesion.

An anecdote to share?

Barely a month after my arrival, the company's first seminar was held, with the outdoor activity of rafting down the Isère. There is nothing more effective to get in the bath! Cohesion guaranteed.
