Societies EDF and Optimistik have initiated a collaboration bringing together their solutions Sprint Factory and OIAnalytics. This association makes it possible to offer manufacturers tailor-made support to succeed in their digital transformation.

The “Sprint Factory or support for the performance of the 4.0 factory” service offers manufacturers the expertise and skills they need to successfully make the digital shift. The solution makes it possible to optimize processes by fully exploiting the potential of production data.

The Sprint Factory teams rely on the OIAnalytics data processing and analysis interface developed by Optimistik. This makes it possible to collect and analyze production data from industrial customers. Essential steps to identify productivity opportunities and associated performance gains. The processing of this information also makes it possible to initiate a process of continuous improvement of performance through monitoring and analysis tools adapted to their uses.

Claire GAUVAIN, Head of Factory of the Future at EDF, declares:

“We wanted to accelerate the deployment of the Sprint Factory offer with a tool that would allow us to respond to a wide range of topics relating to industrial performance. This is how we made the choice to use the OIAnalytics solution for data processing and analysis. This solution allows us to have an interface that is both reliable and scalable. Reliable because it is the first quality expected from industrial data intended for analysis and scalable because our technical explorations are varied and lead us to answer multiple questions for which the flexibility of the tool is an asset.”

For Mathieu CURA, President of Optimistik,

“This collaboration with the Sprint Factory teams is the perfect example of what we want to bring to our industrial customers. This partnership allows us to focus our resources on our publishing business; to improve and enrich our solutions every day in order to meet the needs of our customers. For their part, Sprint Factory experts provide extremely relevant technical support in the field. With EDF, we have found a partner capable of meeting the challenges of electro-intensive manufacturers thanks to a detailed knowledge of their activities.”.
